TITAN ORIGINAL SAFE – U.L. Rated TL-30 Burglary
Body and Door are constructed of high strength blend of PSI cement.
Door is 6.75 inches thick and has super alloy manganese plating.
Door bolts are hardened steel 1 ½” diameter, top & bottom plus sides.
Tempered glass trigger activated relocking system.
External ball bearing hinges. Hinge side chrome fixed bolts.
Fire protection is 2 Hour @ temperatures up to1850 degrees, Class 350.
Burglary protection against sledge hammers, chisels, wedges, power saws, carbide disc cutters, & explosives.
Lock is U.L. Rated Group 2M mechanical dial (electronic optional) & high security key lock.
Exterior is 2-tone charcoal texture, polished chrome tri-spoke handle.
Interior is adjustable metal shelves.

The Titan by Original is a great investment for those that need maximum security at a minimum cost.The safe has advanced design features such as its world class mechanism door, super alloy manganese plating, and its anti-peel Zee Bar structure which is solidified with a highly developed blend of PSI cement.The Titan TL30 grants its owners the benchmark of quality in its class. It offers every security feature of its “big brother” the Platinum Vault, except that the special super alloy construction is only on the safe door.High Security UL Rated TL-30 – Potentially insures up to half a million dollars.

U.L. Label —Burglary Classification TL-30

Signifies a combination-locked safe designed to offer a moderate degree of protection against attack by common mechanical and electrical hand tools and any combination of these means.

The safe will resist abuse for 30 minutes from tools such as hand tools, picking tools, mechanical or electrical tools, grinding points, carbide drills, devices that apply pressure, cutting wheels and power saws.

Construction Requirements

U.L. listed Group II, 1 or 1R combination lock.
750 lbs. minimum or comes with instructions for anchoring in a larger safe, concrete blocks or on the premises where used.
Body walls of material equivalent to at least 1″ open hearth steel with a minimum tensile strength of 50,000 P.S.I.
Walls fastened in a manner equivalent to continuous ¼” penetration weld of open hearth steel with minimum tensile strength of 50,000 P.S.I.
One hole ¼” or less, to accommodate electrical conductors arranged to have no direct view of the door or locking mechanism.

Performance Requirements

Successfully resist entry* for a net working time of 30 minutes.

Entry=Safes classed as TL-30 — opening the door or making a six square inch opening entirely through the door or front face.

Class 350 Fire Rating

The safe sustains an internal atmosphere of less than 350 °F (177 °C) and 85% humidity. This is the most basic of U.L. tests and specifically tests for the storage of paper. The ignition point of paper is 450 °F (232 °C), so this safe is sufficient for storage of paper. Cases can be purchased that will meet Class 125, if they are placed inside a Class 350 safe. These class ratings are used in conjunction with hour ratings.
