Vault Doors

A vault room will give enough secure storage for any collection including guns, personal heirlooms, business and family records, jewelry, photograph and art work. Fort Knox vault doors are designed for easy installation in a custom, walk-in security room. The heavy, fire protected, steel doors can be set in a pre-formed concrete or cement block opening. Your security room with the Inside Release Mechanism, offers safety for your family as well as protection for your valuables.

Fort Knox Vault Doors – Made in the U.S.A.

Executive Out-Swing Door is 1¾ ” Reinforced Fire Door with double plate steel of 3/8-inch and 10 gauge steel reinforcement, with multiple layers of fireboard.
Executive In-Swing Door is 1-1/8” Reinforced Fire Door
Defender Out-Swing Door is 1¾” Reinforced Fire Door with double plate steel of ¼-inch and 10 gauge steel reinforcement, with multiple layers of fireboard.
Door frame is Quadrafold™ design.
Door bolts are 1½ ” diameter active locking bolts strategically placed at sides and top of door.
Extra bolt protection is provided by patented Star Corner Bolts on Executive Vault Doors.

Executive Vault Doors have patented multi-gear drive, 5 to 1 reduction rack & pinion locking mechanism.
Defender Vault Doors have patented rack & pinion gear drive locking mechanism.
Doors have EasyGlide™ concealed ball-bearing hinges – internal or external – right or left side
Lock is protected by drill stop hard plate with recessed multi-bearings and remote relocker.
Door is protected by FOIL™ mechanical back-up re-locking devices.
Lock is U.L. Listed S&G Group II manipulation resistant electronic lock on Executive Vault Doors or mechanical dial lock (electronic optional) on Defender Vault Doors.
Inside release mechanism is standard for use of vault as a personal safety room.
Exterior on Executive Vault Doors is high gloss baked on acrylic urethane metallic finish or durable textured finish. Defender Vault Doors are standard with durable textured finish.
Handle is five-spoke clutch drive – gold plated or silver chrome.
Executive Vault Doors have decorative pinstripe, corner scrollwork, and door scroll emblems.
Optional carpeted door panel is available.mechanical dial lock (electronic optional) on Defender Vault Doors.
