The Protector vault features a 3/16 ” solid steel body wall, 90 minute fire protection at 1680 degrees, and 1/2” thick door edge consisting of 1/4” inner steel with 10- gauge outer steel wrapped around 2 layers of fire wall. The folded door design adds more steel to the door edge. Depending on vault size, the Protector door is secured by 11 to 13 count 1½ ” diameter locking bolts.

Your safe is the last line of defense for your valuables. By adding additional layers of steel you are increasing the tensile strength of the vault, making it stronger and more resistant to attacks.
The following build options can be added to enhance the security of your Protector vault
INNER STEEL LINER
For added security and maximum protection, you can add extra layers of steel to the inner walls of your vault. Between Level 1 and Level 4 security can be added to create more protection against any burglar trying to breach the inside of the vault.
VAULT BODY UPGRADES
The steel thickness of the outer safe body can be increased from 3/16” to ¼”
STAR CORNER BOLTS
Add 4 corner bolts to the safe door. The wide corner bolts cover maximum surface area, securing the corners of the door to prevent attacks from prying.
ARMAKNOX
Add a 3/16” AR500 inner steel liner to give you safe-within-a-safe style ballistic security. The AR500 steel is three times harder than regular steel, with the ability to withstand 3 shots from a .44 magnum pistol.
STAINLESS STEEL PACKAGE
The stainless steel package reinforces the body and door of the vault with a 10-gauge stainless steel barrier for optimum protection against a torch attack. Safe must have inner steel liner option for this upgrade.
INFERNO SHIELD LEVEL 120
The 2 Hour Reinforced Fire upgrade adds more fireboard insulation to protect your most prized possessions, increasing the rating to 1680 degrees in 120 minutes.
